Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During busy periods, holidays, or for certain products, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 7–30 business days, depending on the destination, local customs procedures, and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local delivery issues.

Tracking Information
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided so you can follow the progress of your shipment. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains several items, they may sometimes be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because of this.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot guarantee successful delivery if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
