The series follows the team on the Fugitive Task Force headed up by FBI agent Jess LaCroix (McMahon) as they attempt to track down suspects on the FBI's most wanted list. In this season the team search for a hacker after he causes a car crash that kills a family and must hunt a rogue militia group. Special Agent Ivan Ortiz (Miguel Gomez) joins the task force.
